2010 RX350 synthetic oil -- this the right one?

Mobil 1 96995 Synthetic 0W-20 Motor Oil - 1 Quart (Case of 6) : Amazon.com : Automotive

Would this work for 2010 RX350 and how much quantity do I need?

Yep, that's the one. Just go to Walmart and buy a 5-quart jug along with 2 additional quarts. You'll need about 6.5 quarts (6.4?). Those 5-quart jugs are great for dumping old oil into.
