Default New Lease Deals Acquired

I'm considering getting out of a 2011 GX for a '13 RX. Anyone willing to elaborate on a lease deal that they felt was pretty good. I am only willing to get rid of the GX if I can get RX payment in low-mid $600 range with nothing down. $50k RX

My sales guy recently emailed me a lease quote for a 2013 RX350 loaded with an MSRP Of $49,000.

Due at signing : $3,999
Monthly $ 449
10,000 miles
36 months.

I know you said no money down. And this can happen. Dealer will just divide the ( due at signing) equally for 36 months and you'll be looking at mid 500's before taxes.

Don't forget in a leased vehicle, just like with purchased ones, you can negotiate for the final price. And that MSRP Can go down 3000-4000. If you had a Lexus before, you can even get a loyalty discount of 1000 since you'll be using LFS ( Lexus Financial )

Thanks for the response. Based on these #'s I should easily be able to get what I am looking for. I am happy with $650 per month, just $0 out of pocket and 15k miles.
