Going to schedule trip to dealer next week hopefully. I can't remember which fuse I checked. I tried most and any that lead to the belief that it would be phone or nav etc. Part of the Bluetooth is working bc I have both phones connected to play audio which they do work. I also signed up for the SOS and it doesn't work either.

Where is that fuse? I don't see it listed and mine does not appear to be labeled by number. I am assuming you are referring to the one under the hood also.
