I have a 2010 RX350 and I want to know if I can display audio information (radio station & song) on the navigational map screen at the same time.

No, they do one or the other. But if you have the map up and change stations, it very briefly shows above the map.

Then, can I keep the song info stay on?

Yes, you might need your manual if you haven't done it before, but you can go into the settings and set it remain on whatever screen you left it on when you shut it down. It's probably set to default to the map now.

Many of these settings require the car to be stationary to change them so it's best to do it in your driveway.
