Default 1st Free Service for CPO?

We purchased a 2012 RX350 CPO with 6800 miles on it. Per the service history 1K & 5K miles "LIGHT" Service were done. After 1st year (04/11) @ 6300 miles, 10K FULL service was done. On (04/25) @ 6700 miles, car was serviced for CPO, oil & filter was changed again with A/C & Air filter at the same dealership. Oil got changed twice within 500 miles even synthetic was used. No complaint here.
Anyway when we purchase our CPO, my sales told me that he will give us one free service, (he said oil change).
My question is: When is my 1st COP service? 5K or 10 K later? Am I getting another free oil change 10K or another 5K "LIGHT" service to check all the fluids level?
Thanks for your help..

Congrats on your new-to-you RX.

Normally, since your last service was the 10K, the next is 20K at 12 months later or +10K more miles. See this page if you want to see what Lexus recommends. My suggestion is, assuming you are not driving your RX in harsh environments (dusty, towing a lot, etc) when you get close to 16700 miles on your RX or before the end of April 2014 - whichever comes first, you need to have the next (30K) service done -- but you can always call your Service Advisor for their recommendation along the way as well.

Enjoy your ride!

I hope you had the salesman write that down on something. You might need it when his recollection gets fuzzy.

Congrats ArcES330. Your next service (around October) will be "light" based on what's already been done. Oil change won't be needed for another 10K or by April 2014, whichever comes first. I'd check with your salesperson to find out exactly what is covered under the free service and also make sure it won't expire before you have a chance to use it.

I concur with BertL about consulting with an SA regarding recommended services. I bring in my RXh religiously every 6 months, never hit the mileage. My SA wont let me get anything done that isn't absolutely necessary. Your RX sounds like it has been well maintained by the dealer.

The oil maintenance light comes on automatically every 5K. You can turn it off yourself by doing the following:

Display trip meter A, then turn power off.
While pressing the ODO/TRIP button, turn the power switch to on mode.
Keep the ODO/TRIP button pressed for about five seconds. Reset is complete when 000000 in the trip meter flashes once and the message in the multi-information display disappears.

Hope that helps.

I asked the sales before, he told me I can take to any Lexus dealer, Lexus uses VIN to track the free service.
Thanks

It's a free oil and filter change, not a free service. Anything else due in regard to regular scheduled service will be at your own expense. That is unless you got the "service" offer in writing.

I called my local dealer (not the one I purchased my CPO) service department to schedule my first complimentary service. She is very nice on the phone she told me the 1st complimentary service just for oil & filter change plus free car wash, which only if I purchased the CPO from her dealership. I told her my sales told me that Lexus paid for it just like first two free service for a new vehicle I can take to any Lexus dealership. Anyway we will see after my appointment tomorrow.
