incoming call notification
I have a 2010 Rx350. Is there a setting to change the incoming ring tone when receiving a call to a voice that says you have an incoming call? This weekend I was in a friends 2013 and it had an option of three different ring tones and the voice.

OP, looks to me like you've found a reason to buy a new RX! 
2013 RX350/RX450h on p176 of the Owners Manual allows one of 4 ring tones to be set via Menu/Setup/Phone/Phone Sound Settings/Ring Tone
I do not see a similar setting in your 2010 RX350 Owners Manual around p359 which is where the telephone settings are described for your MY
