Based on the thorough write up and pictures by 07LexusGuy (thank you!), I ordered the Morimoto fog lights the other day. Since I'm losing my job next Friday, I should have plenty of time to change them myself (using 07LexusGuy's instructions). I'll try to remember to post my experience/pictures.

Morimoto XB LED Fog Lights For 2008-2013 Lexus IS-F - 49075
Rudy's Performance Parts via eBay
$165

96SC4, Rudy's listing shows that these fog lights fit 2008-2013 RX 350.

I was excited to see this thread, as I need to replace my fogs w/LED units. Unfortunately all pictures are not appearing - something like please update your account for 3rd party hosting? Can anything be done to make those pics viewable??

Question Adjustment

Just swapped my 2013 RX 450h's yellowish halogen with OEM LED fog lights. Reading this thread was very helpful.
I did it in garage, so I marked highest line of light pattern from old fog lights and adjusted new leds by that line.
Noticed big difference at test drive: much wider and further illumination.
But I saw one difference when was parking and leaving the car: old fog lights light pattern was starting at 1 foot from the car, new one starts 4-5 feet from the car.
Is this normal or they've aimed to high?

is there an actual adjustment dial on the lights? Or are you just aiming it using screws?

Just installed the OEM foglights yesterday. Got a great deal off amazon for about ~$180. They look great, put out bright light that is very wide and noticeable when the fogs are turned on/off.
