"sorry about the spelling"??? You need to apologize for not using sentences or punctuation, as your post is almost unintelligible. I'm still confused about your repeated reference to the "front grille." How many grills do you have on this car?
Even reading slowly, I'm not sure what your question is.

Why even bother making a post like this?
Not everyone sits in front of a CPU screen all day long reading and leaving posts in car forums for cars they don't own....

Clearly the OP stated:

He changed the front grill on his 450H to an Fsport

He went to Longo Lexus and was able to get the upper and lower pieces at a deal.

He is also not sure why a 450H Fsport is not offered in the US vs. England and Japan

Sorry. I thought the OP was trying to ask a question, and I would be glad to help, but thought that his unpunctuated, elongated run-on sentence failed to state an inquiry in a way that would enable us to be of assistance to him. I stand humbled and publicly chastised and I should have known better than to ask for clarification simply because someone seeking assistance failed to state his area of inquiry with sufficient specificity.

If you don't have a camera, use your phone to take some pictures. I'm interested to see what this looks like. I did some work on my own and was able to take lots of helpful pictures with the cellphone camera.

I think the Sport Appearance Package already includes the lower grille. You only need to buy the upper one.

From Lexus website:

I'm going to have to agree with tfischer. There may be facts in the OP's post, but they certainly aren't clearly stated. OP, please, try stating facts in short sentences.

Default F-Sport Grillz

This is not the Club Lexus proper grammar forum. Obviously, the diverse membership of CL represents a variety of people with differing levels of experience using the English language.

Back on topic, which of the following grills are we talking about?

I'm glad someone doesn't care about the gramma, I guess we are here to talk about the cars....
