I have had this problem happen to me and my 2010 RX 350 at seven times since ownership. Sitting at a gas station waiting for gas all windows and moon roof opens with car completely off. Another time came out of house all windows, moon roof open in the rain. Yesterday went in side to pick something up, came back all windows and MR open. This is a glitch or frequency issue. No one is pressing buttons and other nonsense. Seven times this has occurred with my vehicle. It happens so often, I fear parking my vehicle on a City street and returning with a empty interior. This is a very serious issue, no real answers thus far.

So my neighbor called me an said all my windows and sunroof were open, I have 2015 RX 350 I’m freaking out! My husband locked my car checked everything this evening before coming in. At first I was thinking maybe my toddler was playing with the Fob then I was thinking is it a malfunction. I’m about to trade this car in asap!! Any suggestions.

Read post 63, then take it to a dealer to have the feature disabeled that allows the sunroof and windows to all open from the remote. An independent Toyota repair shop may also have Techstream, the Toyota software system to perform this change. It does not take them very long and the dealer may not even charge for it.
This is repasted from post 57 and is probably what happened to you:
When I had my 2019 RX the initial visit to the dealer is when you pick if you want them to program any of those settings. I wanted the windows sunroof thing (to all open when pressing the remote unlock button a long time) and the service manager fought me tooth and nails on it. His reasoning was you dont know how many ppl accidentally hold the unlock button in there pocket and open everything up. Id bet thats what happened in her purse her makeup case or something inadvertently pushed down on it. Before that I had a 2015 Explorer and the key fob is huge and the buttons protrude out past the remote. The emergency button all you have to do is tap it for the alarm to go off. Im used to Toyota where you need to hold it for a few seconds in order for it to go off. I cant tell you how many times I set the alarm off on that thing.
