Default Enform destinations move from old to new RX?

I am turning in an 2011 RX350 and leasing a 2014 RX350.

I am using the Enform where I can sync all of my destinations to the car from Lexus website.

Will I be able to keep all of my existing destinations or will I have to type them in all over again? I was hoping to keep and move to the new vehicle.

Was wondering if anyone has dealt with this?

Please let me know. Thanks.

You should be talking with the Lexus Technology Specialist at your dealership regarding such matters of moving your details to your new vehicle.

While they have since changed the position's title, this is the announcement from Lexus:

In some ways I am disappointed that your dealership did not mention anything to you about the services this individual can provide.

I use most of the "technology" related features so this is good to know.

We purchased a new 2014 RX in October and we certainly did not have a VDS go over our new vehicle. Our salesman was helpful, but it was the end of the day and we were rushed out a bit. We returned the next day to deliver the "pink" slip on our trade in Toyota and had questions about the navigation system. Our salesman was off so they commandeered another salesman off the showroom floor and he kind of answered our questions but his lack of knowledge was only exceeded by his lack of enthusiasm. A technology specialist was never mentioned.

It will be interesting to see if technology questions are brought up at our 6 month checkup and if the dealer performed Personalized Settings are mentioned.

While I do not expect the Lexus Technology Specialists to be available seven (7) days a week I would hope that as part of any sale, including repeat customers, they would mention who various members were of their staff and what their function was for the vehicle owner.

For long time members here at CL you can see why I talk about this position in response to a number of questions posted in the forums. It seems that many do not know this position even exists and it also seems that the dealers are not advertising their expertise. In addition, while I believe Lexus Corporate mandated each of the dealerships staff such a position they may not be monitoring the day-to-day activities for this position. As a result I fear that dealers are multi-tasking these individuals and the LTS is only part of their daily responsibilities. For example, at a dealership near my location this individual also has the title of Inventory Management. In another example, while checking dealerships around the area I came across the following web page for an AutoNation shop which briefly describes the Lexus Delivery Specialist and Lexus Technology Specialist positions at the dealership:

http://www.lexusofclearwater.com/Technology-Support

Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy does it not. I guess these individuals are also in the Witness Protection Program.

.
I suppose it depends on the dealership. When I bought my RX in November, my wife and I were routed through various "stations" in the buying process with one being a technology overview. I didn't want to spend much time at this station with the Advisor as I prefer to read/learn/explore this stuff on my own, but the offer and opportunity was provided.
A week later I had a question on connection/use of the "RES+" feature, so I just contacted my SA and he got me the answers.

Is the RES+ an optional purchase? I see the app but can't tell if my 2014 RX would have this or not?

Agreed. Unfortunately, too few do this. I would not expect a meet and greet with everyone, however, I would hope at least for a list of names/contacts of key individuals or where to find them. The Lexus Technology Specialist would be one of those key individuals due to the amount of tech stuffed into the new vehicles today.
