I own a Lexux RX350 2013 and would like to know if someone knows how to format an USB key containing music, to display an album cover on the Nav\sound system.
Couldn't find anything in the Lexus manual.

I'm afraid these are two different issues. The thread linked above by Tom558 will point you to the correct formatting and help you display start-up and display-off images. Unfortunately, that will not enable to display cover art from mp3s with embedded images. At least I have not been able to get them to display. I understand that this works in the Lexus IS models, but I have not succeed in my RX. If anyone has managed to get album art to display from USB flas mp3s, I would love to hear about it.

Yes, I realized that after re-reading your post this morning. Sorry. I do play music off a USB drive in my RX but it does not contain album art. Also, I usually have the NAV display on.

I am quite sure it is possible to display cover art in the RX model, there must be someone out there that can point us in the right direction!!!!.

Who is the nav display maker? Woul it be possible to contact them and ask them the question?

I was Wowed by the price too. I like the idea if it would work on my 2013 RX 450h and would also work when i update my Samsung S3 to the (probably) S5. But with a price point like that I doubt I am a buyer...
