Honestly Anita, it's there by default and I think it's more to scare off potential thieves than anything else. Our cars in Canada come with "Globali" anti-theft protection but it's more a cash grab than effective protection.

Interesting. Too bad they had to slap that sticker on the window. I have LoJack Early Warning but it isn't advertised as being equipped with it anywhere. If it makes you feel better i have three semi translucent stickers on my front windows, all from Lexus. Who knew stickers could be that expensive

Previously, there are number etching on all of the windows including the sunroof, in addition to the decals. In my 11' and 14', the dealership skipped the window etching part and simply affixing the number stickers. What is worse is they don't care about aesthetics. Some decals/stickers were just casually snapped on and some are at an angle!
