Does anyone know if I can disable unlocking of all the doors when I open the rear hatch from the outside? I figured out that if I use my fob, the doors does not unlock.

The first sentence and the last seem to contradict. Please clarify. I tried unlocking our hatch from the outside, and all doors unlocked. There may be a personal setting somewhere to achieve your goal.

Our RX is an '11. In the owner's manual, Chapter 6, Customization, page 625 says that the dealer can change the power door opener button function. I think this is what you are looking for.
Then you should be able to unlock and open the hatch without disturbing the other four doors.
I can see where you would want to put something into the back without unlocking the other doors.

There's no mention of it in the 2014 Lexus Personalized Settings. But unlocking all doors before the tailgate can be opened has been standard since the power tailgate was introduced on the 2nd gen RX. Being able to use the key fob to open the tailgate without unlocking the doors however is new on the 3rd gen RX. I've had the tailgate programmed to unlock all doors and open the tailgate when the rectangular button is pressed and held for two seconds (discussed in this thread). Once the tailgate is closed, the doors can be locked using the round button on the back.
