Rubber/Felt Window Molding Pops Out

Our new (got April 2014) RX350 seems to have an issue with the rubber/felt window molding getting caught between the glass and metal incorrectly. "Pinched". Anyone else have this? Common?

Definitely not characteristic of the car. You'll need to visit the dealer. Sounds like something their trim shop might be able to do while you wait if you have an appointment.
