I registered with Lexus service log-in web-site for maintenance I do, oil changes, tire rotation etc.

Every time I add something, it only registers as a "update" and does not keep a history
of service preformed as prove of services made, why is that??

Maybe no one knows why that is, hence no reply. There was a thread about six months ago regarding car history self-entries vs. Lexus dealer entries vs. Toyota dealer entries. Not sure how to find it.

Not sure either. However, I recently added my self done service to the site and it saved. I could not tell you how I did it except I followed the prompts and their stupid drop down menus and maybe hit save in the end.
