Dealer claims ML requires Lux Package
Just wanted to know if this was true or are they trying to bump me up to something I don't want. Is there a Lexus number we can call to verify things like this?

Also.....
They also claim the 120V plug requires the Lux and they can't give me a price for the car I want until after they complete the build process.
I'd like to agree on the price before it gets built. Sound funny to you?

This will help. The Luxury package does not require ML. It only requires navigation and comfort packages. The 120V says "available with Luxury package" but is not required with it

In general, Lexus will not force the ML on you unless you get rear entertainment. My RX back in 2011 is pretty much fully loaded except for the ML

I ordered a 2015 NON-Luxury RXh and added ML with it. I did not add the 120V though. For the most part, I'm sure you can order it how you want it. In my case, the color combination I wanted wasn't available in the Luxury Model so I couldn't go that route. Of course, after I got my car, the build for my color combination was available in the Luxury Model. Go figure.
As far as price goes, you should be able to figure out a price by going from the base model and adding up everything you're adding. It simply works out that way...at least for me it did.
On another note, if you're ordering just so you can get ML, I wouldn't bother. ML isn't much better than the premium that it comes with (in my opinion any way...and everyone has an opinion about it...there are threads on this forum).

Thanks for the attachment, it really answered a lot. I'm looking for the ML without the Luxury package.
