Hi, I want to know when people here change the spark plugs...
My RX350 2010 have 65k miles and want to try changing them to see if theres an improvement
in the engine.

I would remove one plug at 65K, inspect it and if it looks good, let it go until 120K. I had my Highlander plugs changed at 90K and the old ones still looked good. No change in performance like back in the day. I'm told the reason for changing the plugs is not so much for wear, but so they won't stick in the block. There are plug changing videos on Youtube. Good luck.

Same here, these cars actually require so little service my 2010 RX450h has been the least expensive car to drive maintenance wise of all the cars I've owned. I'll let the pros do it.
But I'm still considering a spider lift in and additional pad extension added to my driveway just so I can do my own tire rotations and oil changes in my C7. But that will be mostly for the satisfaction of doing it myself and seeing the really neat underside of that car . And I'm fully aware I'll never get close to a break even (cost wise). If I do that, I'll probably do the routine maintenance of any other cars I own as well. But as to your question, the hard stuff like what you're speaking of 'plugs' where lots of stuff has to be removed to get to them I'll probably let the pros do it.

I changed spark plugs on my IS300 when it turned 10 and had 87K miles on it.
They were still in a good shape when I pulled them out. The main problem was the plastic had become brittle and some plastic brackets had broken off in the process of removing coil packs and wires. Nothing a few zip ties wouldn't fix.
