V6 engine operates on 4 or 3 cylinders?
I thought I read that the RX 350 V6 engine would turn off 2 or 3 cylinders to run on only 4 or 3 of it's cylinders as conditions allow. Did I imagine this? I haven't found it in the owner's manual or the 2015 brochure.
Maybe I'm confusing this with Honda's sytem of cylinder de-activation. While researching my purchase I also read a lot about the Acura RDX.
Thanks for any info.

Not for anything currently on the market with the exception of the RX450h Hybrid. It can run on battery only under certain conditions around 40mph and under.
