Torquing wheels

Referring to the post that is closed about torquing wheels....even if the service person uses a torque stick on his air gun the wheels still can be over tightened if the air compressor is set too high. The problem is most service people want to over-tighten wheels for liability reasons. Wheels should be hand torqued to proper specifications to keep from warping rotors and wheels.
