Default 2012 RX 350 Remote

My 2012 RX 350 keyless entry gives me nightmares sometimes. I expect it to work every time I want to remotely lock/unlock my car but sometimes it just acts as it wasn't my car or I am holding a wrong remote. I took up this matter to my dealer few times when I visit for the service and first few times they ruled it as battery issue and changed the batteries. When I questioned how the batteries run off in just matter of months, they did some investigation and found that its misfiring in the remote and replaced it. But my troubles didn't end there, The remote still can't lock/unlock my car no matter how close I am to the car. Does anyone had this experience with your keyless entry remotes? How do I escalate this to Lexus and get it resolved? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

800-25-LEXUS is the corp number. You can call them and voice your concerns. They have very good customer service.

aparupal, I'm sorry you're having problems wit the remote. In addition to the number vlad mentioned, you can contact Lexus directly through CL in this thread. A representative will contact you in two business days. This is new to our site just this week. Good luck.

Thank you kitlz and vlad for your help. I called the 1-800 number and they advised me to contact the dealer one more time to get a full diagnostic scan on the car and both the key fobs. I am going to see them on Monday to see what they had to say about this. I will keep you posted here on the developments.

******UPDATE*****

I went to the dealer today and have them do the diagnostic on the problem. Nothing found as usual, no saved codes etc. They said they reset the rolling key codes, rebooted the system and assured everything should work now. Fingers crossed.
