I just installed the Xenon Depot Extreme HID kit with the genuine Phillips 4300K bulbs in my 2015 RX450h. What an upgrade! Even my wife is happy with this kit! Very easy installation, less than one hour as there is plenty of room under the hood to properly mount the ballasts, etc. I also had the wife drive the RX toward me as I checked to see if there was any glare while driving my car toward her. Not one person has flashed their hi-beams at us.
I'll never settle for anything less than HID headlights.
Thank you Xenon Depot for a top quality kit.
Now whatcha got for my fog lights?

No, I don't play soccer!
Mikey, glad you're happy with the HID kit. Pictures are always nice The fog lights on the '15 RX are LED which looks much better than the halogen bulbs Lexus used before. I changed them four times on my '10 450h. Maybe you want to try yellow fog lights.

Kilts, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately my 450h came equipped with H16 halogen fog lights. Maybe I'll modify the tabs on my H11 halogen bulbs from my headlights and put them in the fog light housings. That'll increase the lumen output for sure! If things get too hot, I'll replace the whole assembly with factory LED assemblies.

Yup! I'm absolutely certain as I have already replaced one bulb! Actually, I was quite disappointed with myself as I believed at the time I bought it that it had the option packages I wanted (adaptive cruise control, HID lamps, auto wipers, etc.) only to find out when I got home, those options weren't on the car. I guess those 19" wheels fooled me. Long story, but I was rather hurried to get a replacement vehicle as my primary car had suddenly died. We were hoping to get a 2016 when the fourth generation came out. I bought this 450h in August 2015.

I thought all RX450h came with HID low beams already. I guess not. Our 2013 RX450h came with HID, but had halogen fogs which I replaced with LEDs.

That's too bad, Mikey. And the timing so close to the '16 coming out. The second to last fog light bulbs I installed were Phliips halogen. I purchased them from Nigel, one of the vendors here. They were a bit pricey at $50. One of them died just a few weeks before taking delivery on the '16. Those were replaced those with cheaper halogens. Ugh, I had to keep the fog lights off. Overall, I liked Philips more than HID and non-OE LED. And best of all, no ballasts needed.
