I am not sure as this was 15 years ago. Not sure how old the vehicle was. I do not know the outcome, but most of these cases settle.
I did find this little fact: With an estimated 30,000 moose in the state, second only to Alaska, and no real system of keeping them off the road, it comes as no surprise that there are approximately 700 moose related accidents annually in Maine.

I was looking at RX350h recently. That seems like a competitive price for the Dallas - Ft. Worth area (which is where I was looking - not enough competition in Oklahoma).
