Default just did mine

i got frustrated as well. Assuming you have Nav:

go into Info , adjust clock(top right box) ,click(tap) and then undo dst BUT keep Auto adjust on . Mine stayed . Did not revert back. I read somewhere that auto adjust is for Nav time zones not DST.

Default oops!

just noticed that this was in Gen 3 section. Anyways , i did that car as well but it was much easier than my 400h. SO, again ASSUMING you have Nav:

Left click and go to clock, click
turn DST off and keep auto adjust on

any hey-try-this thoughts ?
thanks

just for the record I don't like DST. There. I said it. In CA it actually increases energy use cuz the sun stays up until almost 9pm radiating heat at my house..... Oh and I don't want to have to use my headlights on my morning morning drive coming to work in October......

Default Clock Adjustment RX-350

I am having issues adjusting the clock in my RX-350. Since it has the nav system, I was instructed by the general manual to use the nav system instructions. Currently, the time zone is set to "central", daylight savings time setting is "on", and auto is "on". However, nothing changes when daylight savings time changes. So the manual told me to turn the auto setting "off" to be able to make manual changes. When I try to toggle the settings, all I get is an error chime. Can someone please help me figure out what it is doing, and how to change it? Thanks in advance!

You have to toggle the DST setting to adjust for DST (i.e. set it to on when it is DST, set it to off when it is not DST). Auto adjust sets the time but it does not automatically adjust for DST.

Just turn daylight savings to off. Leave auto alone.

I tried this. My problem is I am unable to toggle either option off/on. I just get an error chime.

Were you driving at the time? This may be one of the settings that is locked out when not stopped.

I wasn't driving, but the car was running. I'll try it again making sure I have it in accessory mode only and see if that makes a difference.

I'm not at all impressed with these manuals and the complexity of the electronics on this car. The electronics on my husband's Ford truck are much more intuitive than these are. I hope they have improved them since 2010.
