I'm sorry I don't have experience changing fuses yet, but your problem could be far worse than a fuse. It's unfortunately possible that you could've cooked a major component. This sounds irrational based on what fuses are supposed to do, but our dealer was suggesting that we cooked our navigation hard drive by reverse polarity and mentioned that these cars are apparently VERY sensitive to this. (We didn't. I'm just sayin.)
Definitely check as many fuses and relays as you can before, but you may still end up getting it towed somewhere.
Good luck.

The car starts when it rolls it even changes gears. Just the gas pedal doesnt respond when I press it. I did some research it seems lexus has some idiot proof nets like letting fuses blow out before damage to car

Look at this site and see if it helps:
http://www.justanswer.com/toyota/6ls...html#re.v/459/

It's for a Toyota, but should be similar in this case.

Cliff notes: Under the hood is a fuse box. Open that and find the fuse labeled ETSC and replace it. This will probably cause your check engine light to come on, but you can go to Autozone and have them clear it.

Disclaimer: This is just what I found from google. I'm not a mechanic. If you do anything to your car, it's not my fault.

Good luck with it!

Are you getting any check engine light or warnings?
