The crease will always be there unless you dye them. It's the downfall of having real leather. Try to condition the seats as much as possible. The dealer are not required to remove any creases as they'll say it's 'normal' wear and tear.

My Navi system is able to play DVD as long as I'm parked and I have a 2013 if that matters.

Run a search on the forums, there is a product out there that gives it a new coating and will remove those cracks almost entirely.

I'd love to know more, but searching revealed pro repairs and not a product. Any chance you recall what you searched on?
