Other than replacing brake fluid and oil/filter change at 30k there's nothing big in the 30k service interval. Mostly inspection of items that take total 30 minutes tops and charge you several $100s of dollars.
Air filters, cabin air filters, measuring tire wear and checks, measuring and inspecting brake linings, etc should have been addressed as part of the CPO process checklist.
If they didn't provide a copy of the completed CPO checklist ask them for it. They are required to give you a copy.

You can take in your lexus to any lexus dealership service center and they would be able to print you out a complete history of services performed at their facilities.
