Below are the shots of my rear with the new 20mm spacers. I almost wish I had went with 15mm and then wider tires. I get the impression, at the moment, that if I go with wider tires at this point that the fronts will actually be a hair outside the wheel well. I'll stick with what I have, though.

Pros are how they look and how they help stabilize the ride in the curves.

The cons are that they were more money than I would have preferred to pay, and my wife initially did not like them, but she is now ok with them as she has gotten more used to the vehicle.

I was looking into wider wheels for my 13RX350 (base, not F-Sport) and came across this thread. There's some info missing here, and I've been able to fill in the blanks. Clutchless is running IS-F (replica) front wheels (19 in diameter x 8 wide), which have a 45mm offset. This is significant because my stock RX wheels at 19in x 7.5in have a 35mm offset. With the 20mm thick H&R spacers Clutchless is running, his wheels stick out only 10mm more than stock. This is important info to know, as running the 20mm spacers with other wheels that have smaller offset (like the stock wheels) means the wheels/tires will be pushed further outboard. I'm not sure what the limit is before the tire rubs the fender lip, but the outer edge of the fender is about 20mm from the widest part of the sidewall for my stock 235/55R19 tires. I will also need to get measurements for the clearance to the struts at the front.

Using Clutchless's setup, and comparing it to my (still stock) setup, I get the following:
https://www.wheel-size.com/calc/?whe...cl=50mm&sr=0mm

In the above diagram, I used 20mm for the fender clearance, when in reality, 20mm is to the OUTSIDE of the fender. The actual clearance is less. Ignore the suspension clearance and wheel wells clearance, as I didn't enter anything here so the website went with default. I will get better numbers for these in the future.

The settings for Clutchless's setup is on the right. Note that the offset is set to 25mm which accounts for the +45mm of his wheels plus the 20mm spacer. This calculator implies that there is not enough room for the tire with 20mm spacers, and the wider wheels. The fender clearance became interference and disappeared from the diagram. The calculator assumes the stock setup has zero scrub radius, though in reality, its probably negative. What's more important is the delta in the scrub radius the new wheels and spacers give you. With the IS-F front wheels at 19x8 and 45mm offset with 20mm spacers, scrub radius is increased by 10mm. As Macpherson strut suspension systems typically have negative scrub radius (which works better with this type of suspension), reducing the scrub is not a good thing.
I suggest using 10mm spacers if running wheels with 45mm offset.

The replica IS-F wheels I purchased had the same 35mm offset as stock wheels. Maybe the 45mm offset you assumed is what OEM IS-F wheels have.
I do not have any rubbing issues with this setup.
They appear to no longer be available from the place I bought them but I found them elsewhere online in a different color - see this link as it shows the 35mm offset

You are correct, I assumed the IS-F replica wheels you are running would match the offset of the OEM IS-F wheels. Good to know the offset is actually 35mm instead of 45mm. That makes a difference to the resulting scrub radius. At 35mm offset, with 20mm spacers, the scrub radius is increased by 20mm.

Have you noticed any adverse affects to your handling, such as darting under heavy braking?

Good to know you don't have rubbing. The numbers I put in the calculator above are a first stab at the analysis, and I will be refining them. The front fender lip of the 3RX is mostly covered by the plastic inner fender liner, and the car (in stock form) has a ton of wheel well clearance, compared to cars. I will need to account for that.

My goal would be to match up new wheels to wider tires - possibly the same 255/50R19 you are running. I really like the stock OEM 3RX wheels I currently have as far as the spoke pattern goes, but of course, these wheels don't come wider than 7.5 in. I have the 15 spoke or triple split 5-spoke (2013 version) or whatever you want to call it.

I like the look of the IS-F spoke pattern, like the wheels you are running, so they could work for me. I am going to look into seeing if the 19x9 version will fit the 3RX and not hit the strut or anything at the rear of the car. I am going to take more accurate and detailed measurements. Side note, I have an AWD 3RX, non F-Sport.

The site you linked to seems to be out of stock on those particular wheels, at this moment. I'm not in a hurry. I have a few months before I need new tires, so I can delay buying new wheels until I need the new tires.

The handling is far better with the spacers and bigger wheels/tires than it was stock with the 18 inch wheels. There are no issues with darting under heavy braking. Steering is very accurate, partly due to the Goodyears which are known for sharp steering responses.

The later addition of Bilstein B6 rear shocks (which are really for the 2014 - 2018 Highlander) also improved the handling and ride. I only have Sachs sport struts in front because I was not yet aware of the Bilsteins but they are comparable although harder to find than the Bilsteins. Search this forum using Bilstein to learn more. Note that the Bilstein front struts are those for the 2011-2013 Highlander.

But I think 20mm doesn't look too different from the original. (I only talk about the look, not function.)
25mm might be more aggressive, what do you think?

Doesn't even look like you have spacers on. I wanted to get some for my car as well. Heard you shouldn't get you wide of a spacer or else it'll cause issues. Not too sure because i've never had spacers on any of my previous cars

Same. I think I'll go with 20mm myself. 25 mm is an inch essentially and only 5mm difference from the 20s.
