RX 350 5-door SUV 4X4. 270hp.
Received this info 4 hours after my request. That is 5 star customer service,eh? Does that mean with factory 19" wheels, I have upgraded suspension? Or would the invoice state that also.

That is a quick response. So you have the premium, navigation and appearance packages, also known as the sport appearance package. It's on the rare side and comes with standard suspension and 19" wheels. You could consider it an 'upgrade' though some prefer the ride of the 18" wheels.

Well, now I know what I have. And I am going to enjoy the heck out of it!! Yes, I thought my RX would be as smooth as my Saabs, but those 19" wheels don't compare. Feels like stiff suspension. I also noticed it has cross members on the roof rack. Must be an aftermarket product. COOL. I will look into those door sill lights. I have LEDS on my Harleys and looks soo neat at night. I love trick lighting. Thanks members for everything.

Maybe check the tire pressure? The tires might also have to do with the the stiffer ride. Cross bars were an option. I skipped them myself but added illuminated sills. I saw your question in the other thread about them. I responded over there.
