Best back seat cover that pairs with a car seat?
I'm hoping you guys can recommend a good backseat cover for me. We are expecting our first child and I want to get a cover that will protect the backseat leather both from the pokey bits of a car seat so it doesn't leave permanent dents, and also from spills, crumbs, etc, on the seat and backrest portions.
I was originally thinking of a full seat cover for both sides, but I am not sure how that would work if someone wants to sit back there. Anyone have experience with covers or recommendations?

I have folded blankets under each car seat. This saves the seat from indents and spills. A seat cover would have to clear the airbags and I haven't seen any that do. They are also not thick enough.

We have a couple of these that we have used for years:

They're cheap ($14.99) and made of a thick canvas that does a great job of protecting the seat. They have storage pockets, which is always a good thing, and they are fairly inconspicuous.

These have been working for our two kids as well, then when they get to around 2 you will need covers on the back of your front seats.

Thanks for the recommendations! Clutchless, yes we were originally looking at the pet cover type that cover the whole backseat. There are a lot of options out there and some pretty good looking ones on Amazon for $80-100. Sounds like the smaller ones like the one from Babies R Us works well and they are cheaper to boot.

This is the one we decided to buy.
Amazon Canada.
Amazon US:
Fits well with our Diono Rainier car seat. Also I have taken the car seat off a few times, the leather is very well protected by the pads.

How do you protect the leather on the rear seats from kiddo car seats..??
Okay so we just got home with a new ''to US'' 450h and it will be a shame to destroy the beautyful brown leather from the phetora of kiddo mishaps..
Obviously we don't want the RECARO kiddo car seats to scar the leather but also worry about Milk spills and all that fun stuff..
How do you gals and guys do it..??
Any company that provides covers made for the seats, special cushion, just amazon whatever i can find, cut down yoga mats, blue tarps (I don't think so) getting a cheap rear seat until they grow older..??
Thanks in advance..
