Default Going from 19" to 18" but with 65R tires

Will the 2016 Lexus RX 235/65R/18 Michelin Premier LTX tires and wheels fit my 2011 RX? I am getting a great deal on them and have always wanted the 18" tires for more comfort. TIA

The wheels are the same hub size, and bolt pattern. The offset is probably the same or so close it does not matter. Wheel width is probably the same 7.5".
The 2016 tire size of 235/65/18 is 1 inch greater in diameter than the 2011 stock tire size of 235/60/18, which is 3.1%.. Thus at 60 MPH speedometer reading you will actually be going 61.91 MPH. See this link: http://tireconvert.com/
You can punch in the tire sizes and it does the rest.
Bottom line, it will fit, but it will drive and feel a bit different due to the larger tire. Ride may be softer, acceleration may be slower or faster, not sure how that is affected.
If the tires are new, you can always sell them and get the correct size for your car.

By my calculations, you're 2.9% off from 235-55R19 size. So when your speedometer says 70MPH, you will be actually traveling at 72MPH. Considering the speedo is off by a couple MPH anyway, it will be close enough.

Default Formula for your own calculations

The equation for figuring the height of a tire is as follows...

A tire with size 235x65 18 would be...
235 x .65 = 152.75 x 2 = 305.50 / 25.4 = 12.0276 + 18 = 30.0276 inches high.
A tire with size 235x60 18 would be...
235 x .60 = 141.00 x 2 = 282.00 / 25.4 = 11.1024 + 18 = 29.1024 inches high.
A difference of .9252 inches

Just remember the 25.4 when converting mm to inches.
Good for converting winter tires on smaller rims.
