Lexus does not have full ownership of this problem
Have the same rattle starting at about 20,000 miles on my 2011 RX350 that fits in the production range of TSB. Currently have 85,000 miles. Could never find the rattle until I saw the cause in the forum. Recently contacted Corporate Lexus Brand Engagement and they offered $1,000-1,500 on what is now a Lexus dealer $4,000 repair ($3,000 part $1,000 labor). I reluctantly was willing to pay for labor but not for a replacement part that was poorly designed. End result is I got nothing from them except a bad quality issue and they lost a good customer for life.
