Does anyone have a good recommendation that isn't extremely bulky? I had a nice set of bosch once on another car that I loved but I cannot seem to find them in-store for RX. I would even consider buying OEM if that is best.
the OEM is nothing more than the Denso low profile blade. Available on Amazon. Or just do as the last poster said and refill the original OEM blade if you still have them. (probably not)

Here is the one for the drivers side.

Just installed new rain-x latitude wipers. The passenger side is streaking. Is this indicative I received a bad product?

Try cleaning the windshield and wiper blade before returning it to the store.

This is correct, however I found that the dealer charges less for the wiper blades than Denso on Amazon or RockAuto. You just need to shop around and have the part number.

I purchase the wiper blade inserts at the local Toyota dealership parts counter. Least costly way to obtain them in my neck of the woods.

What do you suggest cleaning the new blades with?

Lexus uses the same wiper blade inserts that Toyota does.

You can clean the rubber inserts with soap and water, isopropyl alcohol, dishwashing detergent, or any number of cleaning agents. Just take your time and be gentle with them. I use dishwashing detergent and an old cotton washcloth, then rinse them with water. Works for me.

These are for brand new blades. I was complaining that the passenger side was streaking. I'll give it one shot to clean the windshield and then wipe down the rubber but if it still streaks I am contacting RainX or Amazon for a replacement. For all I know someone could have used it, put the protector back on and returned to Amazon, and they resold

I quit using the Rain-X windshield treatment liquid product 15 or 20 years ago because I did not like the pesky multicolored film it always left on the factory-tinted exterior glass regardless of how many times I attempted to clean it off. For that reason, I never tried the Rain-X brand of wiper blades on any of our vehicles because I assumed they were permeated with the Rain-X product and I did not want to go through that hassle again. Perhaps this is what is creating your current windshield streaking issue.

Driver side is perfect, just passenger side - now I got TLC stuck in my head "Hangin' out the passenger side of his best friend's ride."

Default recommended brands for rear wiper blade replacement

Hi everyone,

I recently tried to replace the rear wiper blade in my 2011 Lexus RX450h with a Michelin wiper blade and I was unable to find the appropriate connector to use for the new blade, I was wondering what wiper blade brands are recommended for replacing the OEM rear wiper blade?

You may find that getting a replacement insert at a Toyota or Lexus dealer is easier. They are on eBay for $7.50
https://www.ebay.com/itm/25355259933...YAAOSwuGZazKzw

You can also find aftermarket rear blades on eBay by searching Lexus RX350 rear wiper blade

However, this Anco blade at RockAuto is supposed to fit

I think I read through this whole thread and did not find this answered. Can anyone confirm the difference between replacement 85222-52170 (~$30 on parts.lexus or cheaper at some Toyota dealers) versus the 85222-YZZ18TM (~$11)? Is the -52170 actually the Denso or factory one and the -YZZ18TM is the Sightline, budget value one?

The right, passenger side 85212-0E020 doesn't seem to have a YZZ equivalent nor a Toyota equivalent. I think the Venza 22 inch might be closest after searching for the refill 85214-0T040 and finding 85212-0T020 (a "T" vs an "E"?) I realize the inserts/ rubber refills are in an earlier post (see below) and am looking to just do refills going forward but the original blades are gone and not sure the Sightlines take refills.

I will grab a couple pair of these refills before the prices go up in 2019.

I've never analyzed the exact part numbers. I've just ordered these.

I've just replaced my wiper blades with these. Couldn't be happier --

BOSCH ICON BEAM Wiper Blade (26A + 18A pair)
$60 from ebay

They're rated #1 by youtube reviewer Project Farm,

Cheers,
