Thanks Wolfy, that was interesting. The Bosch website says a 22A or 22B for the passenger side and that is what I have installed on my 2015 RX350, did a 18" blade work for you?

Check parts.lexus.com under Maintenance or here https://parts.lexus.com/Lexus_2019_R...intenance.html. But know that there are two categories - one for Rubber Inserts and one for Wiper Blades, so depends on what you want. It can also be easiest to just call your local Lexus dealer's Parts Dept and ask. Oftentimes the same part # is sold at a Toyota dealer (RX shares things with Highlander or RAV4?) so checking parts.toyota.com can save some money, but not always

Thank You! This is Awesome, Perfect. By chance, could you point me in the direction to find the Denso rear glass wiper blade part number for the same 2019 RX? Appreciate your time.

You need to go to the 4th Generation RX forum to be sure you get the correct wiper blades for your 2019.

Rock Auto also has wiper blades listed, but not Denso. They do list Trico who is also an OEM supplier to Lexus. I have been using Trico blades on my Lexus vehicles for a long time and find them to be excellent if you get the model that looks like the OEM blades. Valeo blades are also very good.

Just replaced my Costco wipers with OEM ones on the 2011 and I couldn't be happier. The Costco ones started to skip and streak after 6 months and I fully regretted throwing out my OEM wiper arms a month or two into the Costco wipers. It looks like rubbers are $15 for the pair, so I'd much rather do that every year. We have Bosch Icons on our other car and unfortunately, they have smeared from the start and we didn't want to get rid of them due to how much we spent.
If you still have OEM wipers and want to try something else, don't be dumb like me and just put them aside, unless you'd want to spend $60 replacing them.
Edit: I'm also aware that the wipers I bought from Lexus are probably the same as Toyota. Shop around for the equivalent

I have always replaced just the wiper blade rubber inserts on the factory wiper arms. The local Toyota dealership's online store sells them for about $8 each. Their quality is excellent, and they tend to last two to three years on my wife's 2015 RX350. Keep in mind that you have to transfer the original inserts' metal edges to the new inserts each time, so do not bend them or lose them.

I replaced my wife's 2014 RX350 wiper blades a few years back with what I thought were OEM from Lexus. I tried to replace the blade refill on those recently and found the refill blades would not fit. The rubber refill was about 3/16" too short. I questioned the local Toyota dealership parts department, and they told me the replacement blades will not take the rubber inserts. Since I've thrown out the original wiper frames, I can't seem to find the frame replacements on Lexus's parts website. Are these still available?
