I took pictures from the left front wheel well but with tire attached wasn't able to provide clear visibility though I can see some "radiator coils of sort". Does this mean my 2017 RX350 is equipped for towing?

If you go on the Lexus drivers website it'll tell you exactly what equipment your car came with.

For some odd reason I can't login to that site saying sent verification code to my email but nothing comes. Anyways, I've checked the Canadian Lexus site and found STD specs page showing that towing is not applicable to a number of RX350 models / trims and luckily my model is included (RX350 AWD EXEC). There is no towing package in Canada albeit just a towing accessory - TOWING HITCH WITH WIRE HARNESS - 2 INCH RECEIVER for $1,164.00. Most probably this is due to all models sold here are AWD.
Quick, easy and guaranteed way to find out is take your vin to the dealer or Lexus of <country of sale> and ask. I sent a an enquiry to Lexus of USA and in two days got a reply with details of how the vehicle was equipped when manufactured.
My bad. Didn't realize you were in Canada. I believe that site is only for USA.
All Good .. Finally got the answer from Lexus Canada ; email response below
Dear Mr. ******
Thank you for your recent correspondence.
We are pleased to confirm that your 2017 Lexus RX 350 is equipped with the following towing package features:
- Transmission Cooler
- Heavy Duty Battery, Starter, Alternator and Heater
- Engine Oil Cooler
As such, your vehicle has a towing capacity of 1,585 kg or 3,494 lbs. Additionally, we would also like to advise you that Lexus Canada provides a Lexus Genuine Trailer Hitch for your 2017 Lexus RX 350.
We would like to take this opportunity to mention that all Lexus accessories are purchased through a Lexus dealership. We suggest contacting the Parts Department at a Lexus dealership directly. They would be in the best position to accurately identify the parts that you require, and to provide information regarding pricing and availability.
Thank you again for taking the time to write.
Sincerely,
******

Really, the quickest and best way to check if you have the towing prep package, as previously stated, is to check the right inlet vent on the front bumper, using a flashlight. You can clearly see the extra cooler there if you have it. As well, my dealer parts guy was able to look up my exact radiator on his computer and confirmed that it was the upgraded one, which was another confirmation. My window sticker has no mention of it, even though my vehicle has it. And then as Exonw did, contact Lexus customer assistance and get them to confirm in writing as well.
Some stated earlier in this thread that the upgraded towing package is not needed. I disagree. If you are towing an RV trailer, such as one that weighs 1800-3000 pounds, together with the weight in the vehicle, on long trips, particularly in hilly and mountainous areas, you should be kind to your ride and ensure you have the towing prep package to help preserve its longevity. Of course, if you are just towing a small light utility trailer, with junk, ATV, or a motorcycle on it, then you likely don't have to. Or as another said, if you are leasing, well, you might not need to have the package either, as you punt the internal damage caused down the road to the next owner.
BTW - earlier someone stated earlier in this thread that the RX was built in Michigan. Not true. It has been built in the TMMC plant in Ontario, Canada since 2003.
