Happy with your RX350?
I am in the process of buying a 2013 RX350 and interested in your overall experience with the vehicale. Are you happy with it? Would you buy it again? I love the vehicle but I'm concerned about the hesitation issue discussed and it's potential as a problem for freeway driving.

Very happy with our '13. Our lease is coming to an end in a few months and I have no idea what to replace it with that we will like as much as our RX. I'm at 29k miles and have done nothing more than 2 oil changes. Not a single rattle, squeak, or issue otherwise.

No idea what the hesitation issue is, I haven't noticed anything. I've been very happy with my 2015 after 18 months and 25,000 miles. No problems, rattles, etc. Everything is great about the car except the software. The navigation/infotainment system is adequate but no more than that and it has some annoying quirks. Overall I am happy we bought it and I don't think you can find a better SUV for the price.

My RX350 is actually very responsive to throttle input, however me and my wife drive it with a lead foot so the adaptive transmission just learned to adapt to our driving style over time I guess.
It seems the many newer automatic transmissions with the adapt/learn feature get confused when the car is usually driven lightly and then someone tries to do a hard acceleration since it has to switch to a gear that it normally do not use.
Just my take on it.

Whenever I need power I just switch it to s. Try it with merging or passing.

I had a 2010, now on 2013 and had 2016 for about 2 weeks as a loaner while my 2013 was at the service( yes things are working very slow in NYC), love all of them, 2010-2015 body is much better than the brand new model and i would choose it any time over the 2016, its exterior is pretty lame imo but the interior is a bomb, all 3 cars feel very nice, 100% in next 2-4 years will move onto a newer RX

We have had the 15 RX F Sport for 21 months and 11,500 miles, overall we have been very happy. Just recently I have noticed a creaking noise from the rear going over bumps and especially going over speed bumps so I have to find the time to bring it in.
With that being said we would buy another one in a heartbeat. When our current lease is up I would say there is a 98% chance it will be another Lexus, either another RX F Sport or maybe a GX because my wife is still very undecided on the styling of the 4RX.

I may get this next time. The new Mazda CX-9 looks very nice and only about $45,000 fully loaded. Great interior. Heads up display. Zoom zoom.

I saw a new CX-9 the other day. Fantastic looking vehicle. I'm just not sure I want to step back to a 4 cylinder. I think we're going to go with a Highlander. A Highlander will offer us the 3rd row we'd like, but still have a lot in common with our RX that we love so much.
