Downshifting hard at 30mph when coasting
When I'm coasting to a red light, say from 45mph, and my SUV gets to about 32mph it feels like it either downshifts 2 gears or brakes are applied (I know the brakes aren't applied). The slowdown lasts until about 22mph then it releases. Went by the Dealer and they said it may be brake assist but I don't see that, They put it on the computer but didn't get any error codes.
Any ideas?

Have you selected Sport Mode? This will affect shift points and intensity.

How do you reset the Windows? Never heard of that.
