AC not cold
#3
Could also be the A/C compressor clutch not kicking in for some reason. I would personally be concerned if you are either low on refrigerant or have a faulty A/C clutch on a vehicle as new as a 2012. On my F250, I did not run into A/C clutch wear issues until it was almost 8 years old and had 175K miles on it, and still have not ever had to add any refrigerant even with it now being 15 years old with 285K miles on it.
Hopefully, it's something minor like a pressure switch or temperature sensor.

Is it just one side? in other words, is it just the side that controls either the passenger or driver's side? if so, it's your air mix servo. it's the thing mixes hot and cold air inside the cabin. There is no warning lights for this. you just have sense it and replace the part which is quite expensive. (this is quite common repair item. especially with the RX models. so much for the terminology "all new")
If it's both sides, you may have other issues with AC.
set the temps at very different degrees at each side and see if you get cold air from one side. then, you'll know.

Check the climate control screen to make sure the A/C compressor is turned on. I turned it off once to see if it improved the mileage, and forgot. Then my lovely wife complained when there was no cold air.

this whole high tech screen thingofajigi screen is slow, not very informative and makes non-tech oriented people confused. I have family members who don't know how to use an iphone let alone using the darn infotainment screen just to turn the A/C compressor off and on.
