Cool No Dash Kit for Aftermarket Radio?

So I was interested in buying an RX 350 and wanted to get HD Radio, aftermarket NAV and a backup camera installed (assuming the camera was not on the vehicle).

RXs from 2004 to 2009 are capable of aftermarket items. However, the 2010+ models have a different configuration on the dash so I started inquiring at various shops. Apparently, because of the shape of the dash, none of them recommended after market radios because there could be a sizing issue.

They said even if it did fit, there was no after market dash kit for the radio. I spoke with multiple cartoys.com shops, crutchfield.com and Best Buy. Every one of the said the same thing.

Has anyone here had any success installing a new radio in their 2010+ RX350? If so, were you able to find the dash kit?

For reference, here is the dash kit for the 2004-2009 models:

Thanks!

I think part of the issue is integration of other vehicle systems and adjustments through the radio-infotainment control system. It is hard or apparently impossible to separate them from the radio functions unless you want to spend thousands of dollars. Especially if you have navigation, which you did not state if you have.
Most modern vehicles are set up this way.

The AC is controlled through the radio. Radio dies and your car is useless (unless one lives in CA, where Lexus must have a design center).
Toyotas are not setup this way. What was Lexus thinking?
I have been unsuccessful in locating any aftermarket units capable of this integration, should my radio die.

That's component-level repair. Finding someone to fix it and in a timely manner while the vehicle is not driveable is highly unlikely.
I sure hope junkyard sells these cheaper:
