Bluetooth module not connected?
I have a 2014 rx350.
I love this car but only after 4 weeks on ownership we are having issues.
the phone auto connects when you get in the car and at least 10 times in a 4 week period I am getting the message on the screen telling me that the Bluetooth module is not connected and to contact the dealer.
I am finally bringing it in Monday and getting a loaner while they figure it out.
This is the second time I have brought it there.
the first time I was told to get a picture so they can have proof.
So now we have the proof.
Just curious if anyone else has had this issue?
Thanks for reading.

Dropped it off at the dealership
The Lexus dealer is ordering a new Bluetooth module.
there must have been an issue.
I will find out more when I get it back this week

Bluetooth failures
I myself have just had the Bluetooth failure issue in my 2012 Lexus 350. First of all my background is no I am not mechanic. I am a self trained race car builder and driver for many years. I have built hotrods and custom cars also.
My friends who work with Bluetooth radios and stereo equipment with me all agree that we have never heard of a Bluetooth going bad or need of replacement.
With that in mind the simple fix was disconnect the negative side of the battery for one minute. Reconnect the battery cable. Clean if needed. This will reset the computer. Simple.
It works.
