Considering an RX350. Can anyone tell me why they ADDED SIX HUNDRED pounds but reduced the HP by 36? This seems to me that you're overburdening the engine thus destroying fuel efficiency. (and fun I might add). Is this "350" NOT the same "350" in my IS???
The reports I've been reading state that the F sport version is a touch quicker; how, as it was always only a suspension package. I missed something...
The AWD RX350's from 2014 and below; are their transmissions normal? Or do they have that really stupid CVT crap that sounds like they're stuck in one gear lower than they should be.
Are the F sports suspension that much stiffer in your guy's opinions? (those of you that test drove them at least) I HATE firm rides-are they too firm?
And lastly, would anyone know if these are tunable? If they're not I'm not sure I could own one. Thanks guys.

Buddiiee, The 3.5 in an RX burns Regular fuel and makes 270 HP (295 HP in 2016-17's). The 3.5 in the IS/GS/RC burns Premium
and makes 306 HP. No, using Premium in an RX does not make the jump...
The 2015 and previous RX350 F-Sport package included the 8-Speed transaxle (STD in 2016-present) as an upgrade from the 6 speed
that regular 350's had. MPG increased from 18/24 to 18/26. Only the RX450h Hybrid has the CVT and gets 30/28.
(BTW, 0-60 times: RX350 AWD 6 speed 7.8, RX350 AWD F-Sport 7.7, RX450h AWD 7.4)
While the springs/shocks are a bit firmer the real ride difference comes from the "19 wheels with 55 section tires
(same tires on Appearance Package 350's)
and makes 306 HP. No, using Premium in an RX does not make the jump...

Yea, just looked up the different engines. I found out why just now; the 3.5 in the RX is mounted in the wrong wheel drive fashion, and because of that has a smaller stroke
And that may preclude headers too.... DAMM do I hate wrong wheel drive cars. They just suck soo bad it's not even funny. They're soo unnecessarily complicated for no good reason. There was never anything wrong with RWD or AWD.
At any rate they're tuneable so I'm happy :0)
