Need a good rust remover for under carriage
Since giving my 2010 RX450H a 60,000 upgrade, I am now looking for a good spray-on/ wipe-on/ brush-on rust inhibitor/ rust remover.
Also I am looking for some heavy grease that will lubricate the rubber hold downs, motor mounts, and suspension connections that will eliminate the squeaks and thuds. Spray on or wipe on would work.
I have a few products on order but would appreciate anyones input... what worked, what didn't.

I use Fluid Film in a spray can from Lowes to cover and protect the suspension/chassis rust spots. Easy to do, lasts a year or more and will not make the rust worse.
I would think spray silicone or maybe Silglyde (sp) which is used to lubricate brake slide pins and is rubber safe for the rubber suspension components. I think the motor mounts may be liquid filled and nothing you can spray or rub on them will do much.

Thanks Clutchless for your input.
I am leaning towards a rust converter first. There are several good ones on the market from liquid paint-on to spray-on. The one that I am looking at is spray-on Extend Rust Neutralizer by Loctite. Great price at Lowes.
Will post my results after I try it.

Marine Jelly. Make sure you washed it all real well first.
NOTHING protects under carriage better than naval mastic for submerged parts. It's very thick, so it sides as physical barrier for impacts. Basically, hardens into rubber like layer. Any "spray ons" will be chipped away by rocks and sand. That's actually what OEM is using. See all that thick sealant on under carriage seams? That's what I'm talking about. Mastic is brushed on in thick layer and allowed to harden.

I have mixed feelings about the rust.
To really ke care of it, you must remove it fully and then prime paint and coat. If you just coat, then the rust can still grow innards and towards the sides

The reason I like Fluid Film is that minimal preparation is required to use. I spray the under carriage to wash off road debris & salt and when dry, just spray it on. It is claimed to prevent future rust and stop present rust from spreading.

Guys, MArine Jelly turns rust into primer. Literally. All you have to do is to pressure wash treated area so that it's clean. Then brush it on, using gloves and respirator, as MJ is phosphoric acid. In literally couple hours down the road you can paint or else over it. But it works only on light rust. Anything that is like flakes, is a different story. Different treatment.

I am thinking of this product as a "once and done" on the under body and suspension with a rubberized undercoat on the body only.

My master mechanic has used this for years and claims you can brush or spray it on..

OP, where does it say that that product is "rubberized" undercoat? Says it can be primed, sure. Putted.
It's tannic acid. Same effect as phosphoric acid.

What you do want - and as rust converter ONLY, is this:
Analyses of the reaction products between FeOOH and different combinations of phosphoric acid/tannic acid showed that 3% tannic acid + 10% phosphoric acid was the most suitable formula as rust stabilizer.
https://www.hindawi.com/journals/amse/2015/250836/
I'd suggest to look for such combination rust inhibitor as rust treatment only and then, have entire underbelly spray coated with rubberized coating. Similar to stuff they use on truck beds. Impact and abrasion protection.

RX450h SE-i 2010 Rust Protection
My new car has had only one previous owner its whole life which was great! ..however.. that owner has lived in Scotland haha so the underneath of the car is a little rusted. Does anyone know a reliable and relatively not too costly service to protect the car's parts?
I found https://www.rust.co.uk/product/half-...ce-price-list/ but I think a half day with my Lexus will be about £350
Thank you!

Just spray everything with some Fluid Film. You can get aerosol cans in the US at most Home Hardware types stores or Amazon. It will cover the rust and slow it down. Don't waste you money on any more expensive treatments. You just want to slow it down and a coating of Fluid Film will help. You reapply it every couple of years. The body won't rust, just the stuff underneath.
