Seat Belt tension won't release
Hi - My 2011 RX350 front passenger seat belt immediately locks as soon as the passenger inserts the belt into the buckle causing the passenger to not be able to move. It is extremely uncomfortable as it starts to strangle the passenger. Is there any fix for this?

I am pretty sure that Toyota/Lexus provide a lifetime seatbelt warranty. Call the dealer. And check your warranty book.
