My mouse like touch control stopped working along with the Menu and Map buttons on the console. I have a 2013 Rx450h. Working fine one day and the very next day nothing!
is there a reset button. Or how do I troubleshoot this?

I doubt your revival of an ancient thread to which nobody had an answer will result in a response that provides you with a fix you can do yourself or that is inexpensive.
Unless a battery disconnect of 30 minutes works to reboot everything, you may need a repair shop to look at it, possibly this is a dealer only type repair. Or maybe you can get a junkyard part, but first you need to identify what broke, The non functioning remote touch is probably only a symptom of a deeper failure in the system.
Good Luck and get ready for an unpleasant bill. Or trade it and get another vehicle.

Yeah, the dealer and an independent mechanic spent an hour each trying to diagnose it with no luck. I was just curious if there is any brains in that joystick part. I ordered one off ebay, so will find out soon. Why would I ever sell an rx450h?
