Brake pads and rotors cost me $149 on Amazon. Took me 30 mins on each wheel to include bleeding each brake line. Easy for a novice DIYer with a check on youtube for instructions (Chris Fix). Also discovered the rear wheels have disks AND brake shoes! 2010 RX @ 130,000 miles.

The rear brake shoes are your parking brakes.

I'm late to the party...
Rotor replacement with pads is about 20 min per side job. Come over I'll do it for free for you. POC. That is under condition that your rotors DO need replacement, as it is known for dealers to slap unnecessary repairs.
Any mobile mech will do this for you for decent price and your parts. Also, as they do not like to be called after and do over, they will suggest decent price and quality components aftermarket. For this job there is absolutely no need to pay that much, it is so trivial.
Now, there's caveat. AS SOON as you are done, you MUST do bedding procedure. MUST. Or, you will be feeding mechs ever so often for "warped" rotors (none such animal exists, actually). So as I wish you well. LAst time I did rotors was on inlaw work van, with over 70 000 miles by now and going. Also, Toyota - should you buy Toyota rotors (why?) - rotors do not like ceramic brake pads, they rub. And rotors glaze quickly. Anyway. Semi met pads, though giving you a bit of brake dust in the front, will be better option.

If you had a shop do it, they should have done the bedding procedure for you. If you order the parts and replace yourself, there's usually instructions that come with a new set of rotors on how to bed them.

Yes I got it done at Lexus dealer. Does all shops do it themselves or do we need to tell them? They did test drive it afterwards.

Your 2013 could use a brake fluid flush though. It's time for that service, and it may make you fell safer. Ask your Lexus dealer how much would they charge for a brake system flush. My local Toyota dealer charges only $120 for that service.

You don't need to bleed the brake lines after changing the rotors and the pads. You only need to bleed them if the brake lines were opened, like if you replace the brake calipers for example.

Thank you. Brake system flush was performed in the same service. I was asking about bedding the brake/rotors. Some say don't do hard braking for 300-400 miles after new rotors/brakes and some say do some hard braking from 60 mph -15 mph few times and then drive normally.

No hard braking for 300 miles -> When new pads (and less so for new rotors), the two (really 4) surfaces of each wheel do not have full contact. Driver should not expect excellent braking. Driver should give ample time/distance to stop. Every time you brake the surfaces grind out to form better contact. The milage again is a guide line and one should not expect light and day difference between say 299 miles and 301 miles.
Hard Braking from 60 to 15mph -> At times the rotors get an imprint from the pads. The pads can also develop a glaze. By sharp braking, the intention is to raise the temperature enough to burn these off.
