Hi all folks around with Rx350 without Nav and color screen!
- Is there any way to install the Nav color screen in a Rx350 just with info black and white screen?
- Is there any way to hook up front and rear camera aftermarket for this color screen?
- And last thing, is there any way to mirror the iphone, using Waze on this color screen?

Buy a model with Nav. However it only has a rear camera.
Aftermarket stuff like a front camera is best asked of a modification shop. Doubt they can make it work on the factory screen.
You cannot mirror Waze on this car. It has stone age infotainment.

I think I find a solution, and some way much cheaper and convenient..I'll post the result when I'll be done!

Send photos if and when you actually get it mounted and functioning. It appears you are doing a total bypass of the Lexus system. Lots of camera wiring, unless it takes bluetooth. That thing is large to stick on top of the dash or even on the dash.
