To me it looks like excess lubricant/grease oozing out. Don't have a clue why that should happen though.

Take a paper towel and slide it between door trim and handle. As far deep in as it goes, maybe even double fold it and slide in. Does it come out greasy? They use white lithium grease for door lubrication. Like almost for everything else, it sorta looks like a white cream.

Stepped down looked outside and inside those handles on wife's 350. Bone dry, no grease, no water. And it rains a lot here in PacNW. I'd widely guess it's condensate of some sort. You know you can pull handle away and shine light inside? It should show.

Have you owned it from new? Perhaps an earlier owner/service tech lubricated the
door handles and it is now flowing out.

This is rust, not lubricant. There was a TSB for this, but my car is out of warranty so not sure. My cost would not be covered, but there are so many models and years affected. They may charge less now. Originally they had to replace entire hardware in each door. Fine if you have a warranty. Don't wait on this, by the time it's bad, you will be paying out of pocket
