KYB is the OEM manufacturer...if you can't find the OEM part...there have been many reviews that the KYB GR2 shocks are an excellent substitute. FWIW, KYB is offering a $60 rebate card with purchase of 2 till April 30th.

You must not have searched very hard because simply Googling that part number shows them available at several sites: https://www.lexuspartsnow.com/parts/...531-0e020.html
Where they appear to be in stock when I added them to my cart and started checkout, out of test interest.

Tokico was the manufacturer of my original OEM shocks when I pulled the leaking ones off to replace them. The new OEM shocks I bought were also Tokico.
I recall that Lexus changed the part numbers, maybe it reflects an improvement from the original leak prone shocks.

Sorry. Out of stock with no ETA. I actually looked harder than you did by calling them....

48531-0E020 has been superseded by 48531-0E130, which was then superseded by 48531-0E131. It's actually mentioned in the link that Clutchless posted...also listed below for convenience.

Personally, I bought the KYB GR-2, even though they were twice the price. My OEMs were Tokico and I didn't feel like they deserved another shot based on all the posts in this forum.
