XM and Nav question
On other vehicles I’ve putchased you can find an XM number on the radio and sign up. I don’t see that anywhere and my 2010 RX has the antenna and icons for XM. Also, how do I get the nav map updated? I’ve got one from the northeast loaded and I’m in Texas. When I enter an address locally to navigate to it won’t recognize it. The map will show my current location correctly though.

You have to dig deeper into the map menus as Lexus divided the US into map zones. You need to reset your local map zone to your current location. See page 66 in the pdf linked above.
I learned this on a road trip when I could not look up any local locations in Mass.

Couple additional feature to start using in TX. Press and hold the key fob "unlock" button long enough
and you will roll the windows down on a hot parked car as you approach. Roll up any and all open
windows or sunroof after exiting by putting the mechanical key from the fob in the driver's door cylinder
and rotating counter clock wise. Note that the driver's left side cup holder is right in front of the A/C
vent...keep potables chilled. I trust you have pulled the center console liner straight up to find the
two (2) 12v dc plugs and USB and Aux plugs? While you are in there notice that you can stash the
entire owner's manual portfolio vertically on the passenger side forward of the main opening.
Congratulations on the new ride!

You may or may not be able to work the windows like that. it is an option the dealer has to set and can be changed by a dealer. If your vehicle came from somewhere else, it may not have it set. It is great in hot weather.
