Bluetooth only sometimes ringing
2015 rx 350, having issues with receiving Bluetooth calls. Sometimes they ring through my stereo, other times no alert at all. What gives? Have no issues making calls.

Are you using an iPhone? I'm not sure if its apple products only but when my phone is on silent/vibrate, I don't receive incoming calls unless I see it on my phone screen and answer it. I mean the call is still coming through, I just don't hear it over the other audios. But as soon as I click the phone button on the steering wheel, the call comes through as normal. Maybe just a privacy setting?
