2015 RX350 starts by itself

I turn the car off, get out and OCCASIONALLY, if I hit the LOCK on the key fob, the car will start. It shuts off as soon as I open the door. I saw one other owner had the same problem..... Will be calling lexus of rockville center (NY) today to ask about the issue.

Sounds like the remote start is messed up. Does the usual procedure of hitting the lock button three times, holding it down on the last press, start the car as it should?
